A Process Guided by Clear Communication and Expectations
We want you to know what to expect at every step in our process.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Fill out our contact form to give us more information about your project, so we already know a bit about you before our call. We'll be in touch within 24 business hours to discuss your landscape—and if we're the right fit for you, we'll schedule a time to visit your property and discuss your vision in detail.
Step 2: On-Site Visit
We'll spend up to an hour talking through design and budget considerations, and we'll provide professional recommendations to make sure you've thought of every detail. We'll also take photos and measurements. If your project requires a design, we'll discuss our design fee. You can expect a quote from us within three business days.
Step 3: Design Plan Presentation and Agreement
We'll send you the design and set up a time to discuss it and gather your feedback. Use our simple review form to suggest revisions, or give us a call with your questions. Once the design is agreed upon and you're ready to move ahead, we'll accept your deposit and get you on the calendar. If your project does not require a design, we'll simply send you a proposal for approval, accept payment, and get your project on the schedule.
Step 4: Scheduling and Permitting
Before we begin, we'll review and complete any type of HOA documentation requirements and permitting needs. We strive to make the process as simple as possible for you.
Step 5: Installation and Work
Our team shows up on time, ready to work. You'll be in touch with your project manager, who will keep you updated on our progress and what to expect next. All team leaders are English-speaking or bi-lingual, so you'll enjoy peace of mind knowing you can always step outside and talk directly to the team about any immediate questions or concerns. We maintain a safe job site and leave your space clean when we go home for the day.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough
We'll walk through the finished property with you to make sure it meets your expectations. We'll discuss warranties, maintenance programs, and more. This is also when we accept the final payment.
Step 7: Follow-up Visits
Depending on the type of project we delivered, we'll visit your property in the weeks following installation. The first visit is typically within 3-10 days, and we'll make sure everything is still functioning properly. As required, we'll make a second follow-up visit to address any concerns you might have and confirm that everything is as beautiful as we left it.
